Just to clarify, at no point in the iPhone’s life could anyone have been prosecuted for Jailbreaking. It always was 100% legal.

Saw someone using a Palm Pre in the street today, my first time ever.
I was curious so I asked him what he thought of it-
“It’s shit!”

“It’s okay (the OS) but doesn’t have any wow factor IMHO. I was bored after playing with it for 10 minutes. Think I prefer WM6.5.”
